Is Emma Bridgewater pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our earthenware is generally dishwasher safe; however, we recommend low-temperature cycles and liquid detergent to maintain the glaze. We do not recommend using our pottery in the microwave as it can get very hot and may cause the glaze to craze.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. During busy promotional periods or product launches, delivery may take up to 7-10 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has dispatched.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or 'Seconds' items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
What are 'Seconds' and why are they sold at a discount?
'Seconds' are items that have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as a small smudge in the paintwork or a tiny pinhole in the glaze. They are perfectly functional and safe to use, but do not meet our 'First' quality standards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at the checkout.
How do I care for my personalized pottery?
Personalized items should be treated with the same care as our standard earthenware. They are dishwasher safe on a gentle cycle, but to keep the hand-painted lettering looking its best, hand washing is often preferred.
