At Emma Bridgewater, we want you to be delighted with your hand-painted pottery and home accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all pottery is securely wrapped to prevent breakage during transit.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, noting the reason for return and whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.
Attach the Label
Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover or remove any old delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
